[PATCH 67/69] staging: unisys: virthba: Fix remaining CamelCase global variables

This patch fixes the remaining CamelCase global variables in virthba.c reported
by the checkpatch script:
  MaxBuffLen --> max_buff_len
  VirtHbasOpen --> virthbas_open
