[PATCH v3 1/2] staging: fpgaboot: Driver for downloading Xilinx FPGA image

This module downloads Xilinx FPGA image using gpio pins.
It loads Xilinx FPGA bitstream format image and program the Xilinx FPGA
using SelectMAP (parallel) mode.
