[PATCH 4/5] staging: rtl8192u: fix whitespace around '(=<, ' in r8192U.h

This parch fixes the following checkpatch errors:
ERROR: space required before the open parenthesis '('
ERROR: spaces required around that '='
ERROR: spaces required around that '<'
ERROR: space required after that ','
