This required two passes:

remove-typedef -s HTC_ENDPOINT_CREDIT_DIST \
	"struct htc_endpoint_credit_dist" drivers/staging/ath6kl/

remove-typedef -s _HTC_ENDPOINT_CREDIT_DIST \
	"struct htc_endpoint_credit_dist" drivers/staging/ath6kl/
