The Ethernet driver can be built on multiple architectures, so remove the ARCH_LAYERSCAPE dependency from its Kconfig. This patchset is marked as v2 because it includes the final patch from this set: https://lkml.org/lkml/2018/2/26/626, preceeded by a patch fixing a sparse warning when building on x86_64.
