Greg, attached is some more cleanups for usbtmc driver.
I was thinking on moving at least get_capabilities to a sysfs
file, what do you think ?
I was wondering something like:
/sys/.../capabilities/ :
- interface_capabilities
- device_capabilities
- usb488_interface_capabilities
- usb488_device_capabilities
during probe we could issue the get capabilities usb_control_msg()
and save the result in device's structure, later we just have to print, I
assume device won't change its capabilities on the fly.
Anyways, here are some more cleanups.
