I would be interested to work on it. -----Original Message----- From: devel-bounces at linuxdriverproject.org [mailto:devel-bounces at linuxdriverproject.org] On Behalf Of Greg KH Sent: Friday, October 19, 2007 2:30 AM Krishna To: devel at linuxdriverproject.org Subject: [PRJ008] macMini IR remote driver Another project up for grabs, anyone want to do this? I'll prefer people with not much kernel development experience as this is great for a "first time" project. ------------------- Summary: macMini IR remote driver Description: This is a driver for the macMini infrared controller to make it look like a real input device on Linux. The driver is already written, but needs to be cleaned up, ported to the latest kernel, merged into the kernel tree, and maintained over time. Estimated skills needed: input layer experience basic knowledge of Linux kernel coding standards a macMini would be helpful, but not necessary as Greg KH has one to test this driver out with. This is a "first driver" type project as the existing code is already written, it just needs some work cleaning up and managing the submission process. _______________________________________________ devel mailing list devel at linuxdriverproject.org http://driverdev.linuxdriverproject.org/mailman/listinfo/devel The information contained in this electronic message and any attachments to this message are intended for the exclusive use of the addressee(s) and may contain proprietary, confidential or privileged information.
