So this document is about the BadRAM tool; a quick look at the pointed-to
web page says that the last release was for 2.6.28.

Is there really any reason we should continue to carry this document?  I
think we would be better off to just kill it.  If I apply the series as a
whole (still working through it) maybe I'll do that afterward.
