not to belabour this (too late!), but does anyone know *why* the
xmlto rendering to xhtml screws up and adds the prefix "fsfunc" to all
of the generated pages? it would be nice to actually fix the
underlying bug rather than mask over it by regressing to html.
it's been like this for, like, *ever* ... has no one tried to
resolve this?
