[RFC 02/11] hwmon: (core) Rename last parameter of devm_hwmon_register_with_info()

Change the name of the groups parameter of
devm_hwmon_device_register_with_info() to extra_groups to
match the name given by the hwmon API reference and in
hwmon_device_register_with_info().
