I think I need to break that patch up into a series of smaller patches,
each moving one or two architectures, and moving/tweaking their 00-INDEX
summary line (which oddly is the sticking point due to ease of
bikeshedding).

Lemme finish reinstalling my laptop, then I'll repost broken up with the
feedback I've gotten so far incorporated.
