I dutifully sent the patches 2 days ago to both Mr. Russell and Jiri
Kosina <trivial@xxxxxxxxxx> with nary a response since then, and I
didn't want to explicitly bury either of them again in a deluge of 26
emails.

Moreover, I would still be waiting for their replies were it not for
the fact that I also sent the following email shortly after the
patches:

I never received so much as a 'yes' or 'no' from either over the
course of more than a day and a half, and knowing how easily emails
and especially patches can get lost in the noise, I figured I wouldn't
waste anymore time.

If Mr. Russell is interested, them I'm sure he's subscribed to this
list and he already has a copy of the emails otherwise (along with a
notification from both of us that these patches have been sent to the
linux-doc mailing list).

Sincerely,
Michael Witten
