I haven't been (that's why only 2002 is at all done), but a summary paragraph 
indicates I've actually _read_ the paper in question, and thus can link it 
from more than one place in master.idx as appropriate.

These suckers are time consuming to read.  Writing a summary paragraph is easy 
once that's done...
