Three minor SMB3 patches - two for the POSIX SMB3.11 extensions

SMB3.11 POSIX extensions should now be more broadly usable to test
against JRA's Samba branch.

    smb3: do not display empty interface list

    If server does not support listing interfaces then do not
    display empty "Server interfaces" line to avoid confusing users.
