This is a series to reduce the number SPI core requests to increment the UINC
bit after TEF and RX handling. This is done by chaining the individual UINC bit
changes into a single SPI message consisting of several transfers.

Changes since v1:
- combine RX and TEF into this series
- add patch description for TEF patches
- improve wording of comments
