Where is _there_ ?

Looking around, I found related rpm/srpm stuff at

 http://people.redhat.com/steved/cachefs/util-linux/

Also there is quite nice fscache description now (but kernel oriented
one, not a step-by-step user's to-do-list):

 http://people.redhat.com/steved/cachefs/fc5/linux-2.6.12-fscache-doc.patch

I still have a feeling that I saw some more user-oriented list of
things to do, maybe it was posted here, but I am not able to find it
just now...
