[PATCH BlueZ 1/1] adapter: Fix check of DISCOVERABLE setting

The test for `DISCOVERABLE` should be done with
`MGMT_SETTING_DISCOVERABLE` instead of `MGMT_OP_SET_DISCOVERABLE`.
