Do you have any advice how > to proceed with this issue? Bump! I'm also having a similar issue trying to connect to my fedora 23 system to a new HID device I'm creating. In my case also, like OP reported, bluetoothctl tries to pair, but eventually it disconnects. I have added an HIDdevice SDP record on my little device, and from my linux machine, I can see it advertising as an HIDD. I believe its during L2CAP connection configuration its failing I think mostly its because of some errors on the device side, but how can I get more info from my linux machine about this failure ?
