            Bug ID: 67991
           Summary: Bluetooth (0cf3:0036 Atheros AR3011) Error in Firmware
                    Loading

           Version: 2.5
    Kernel Version: 3.12.6
          Hardware: All
                OS: Linux
              Tree: Mainline
            Status: NEW
          Severity: high
          Priority: P1
         Component: Bluetooth

        Regression: No

I'm running Arch linux on my laptop (dell inspiron 3437).

    $ uname -rm
    3.12.6-1-ARCH x86_64

On bootup, I sometimes get an error saying:
    Bluetooth: Error in firmware loading err = -110,len = 448, size = 4096
    Bluetooth: Loading patch file failed

If not, then it will be:
    usb 2-6: device not accepting address 3, error -71

>From $ lsusb -t output: http://pastebin.com/zt4QxgNH, I can see that usb 2-6 is
my bluetooth.

$ lspci output: http://pastebin.com/b6jT0UNn

$ lsusb -v output: http://pastebin.com/Fx58YZhw, as you can see it's an Atheros
AR3011.

$ dmesg output when having bluetooth firmware loading error:
http://pastebin.com/azLZfPu7

$ dmesg output when having usb not accepting address error:
http://pastebin.com/aQmGJefm

Pls let me know if you guys need anything else, thanks!
