Those services are stand-alone services, which are required by multiple profiles. Setting them in a single configuration parameter, seems wrong, since we may need to change that soon when another profile using them will be implemented. For now, they are used in the HOGP, but may be used
in other profiles as well. I believe those should be left as separate plugins.
