I observe the KASAN BUG message with kernel v6.3-rc1 during my system boot [1]. The BUG is reliably recreated. I bisected and found that the trigger commit is fd571df0ac5b ("block, bfq: turn bfqq_data into an array in bfq_io_cq"). I reverted the commit from v6.3-rc1, and observed the BUG disappears.
