Thanks a lot Jeremy for your post, it seems as a good guide to follow.
Two extra questions: Have you managed to eliminate the xruns from the onboard sound?

Is it possible to shut down the bluetooth and not the wireless to avoid this bottleneck you mention?

Hello Daniel,

I'm currently using the intel dual band wireless-AC 7260+bluetooth so
I'll have to check. With the original PCIe (an Intel Centrino card) card
I did have issues:
