BTO doesn't explicitly  support Linux but my BTO works great with Linux,
not a single unsupported component. BTO uses Clevo housings (I think
System76 does so too) with a modular approach for the internal
components. This allows you to select the components you wish. Another
big pro for me is their customer service. I once had a small issue with
the keyboard, drove up to their office and had it replaced within 45
minutes for free. Now try that with the big players.
