Hello. Sorry for hijacking the thread, but I'm curious. In general, how well does HDSPe Aio work? What latency are you getting? I'm thinking of buying it, but I've been reading mixed reports on it. Mostly that it doesn't work well. As far as I know, out of RME's pci-e stuff only Multiface2 is properly supported by alsa. I'm also curious about HDSPe AES. How well does it work? Thank, You! 2014-12-12 15:58 GMT+02:00 francois juigner <francois.juigner@xxxxxxxxxx>: > Hi Ralf, > > Things have improved a lot: I'm able to use all my wanted outputs through hdspmixer : phones, SPDIF,AES and analog all work fine. Now i'm left with the task to introduce brutefir in the process. My guess is that it is another story !!! > > Final word for now : RME HDSPe Aio is well recognized in Alsa to-date, the powerful (thank you Thomas) but not straightforward hdspmixer lacks a good "how to" file somewhere... > > Thank you all for your help, I will now dig into the bash scripts ! > > Francois > > -- > francois juigner <francois.juigner@xxxxxxxxxx> > _______________________________________________ > Linux-audio-user mailing list > Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx > http://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-user _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-user mailing list Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-user
