Hi all. I know there are a fair few KXStudio users on this list and I've been meaning to try this distro for a while. So I have downloaded the 64bit version from their website and checked its integrity with the md5sum. All seems good and correct. However when I try and create a bootable USB to run/install it I can not boot from the USB key! The method I use is: sudo dd if="path-to-image" of="/dev/sdb" bs=1M This method has worked perfectly well for creating a bootable USB drive for other distributions using the exact same USB drive! Why wont this give me a bootable KXStudio USB drive? What do I need to do instead? Regards, Dale. _______________________________________________ Linux-audio-user mailing list Linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.linuxaudio.org/listinfo/linux-audio-user
