Hi all,
I am the author of the cited "old message".
I am OK with you Clemens but the ASIO driver enable higher sampling rates on the usbpre2.

It's perhaps possible to understand how the ASIO driver works and emulate this behavior ? 

I have sold my usbPre2 so I cannot continue test.
