You should test any > instrument tuner available for Linux, some might be crap and others > might do what you want. Thanks Ralf, I tried lingot and it seems to be OK. Not as fancy looking but it nicely shows notes, cents and frequency. No problem with jack either. I still wonder what is wrong with gxtuner though.
