Ok, I tried to get it again and this time the download was finished.

I can launch it ...

$ isse

... no warnings or error, but it does ignore font sizes for the menu
bar, the fonts are much too small and the audio settings dialog window
is to small to show all options, while it can't be resize to show them
all.

Same here. I guess they mean it when they say "alpha."
