That's not correct. The sampler in radium supports wav file loop points:

I'm surprised you haven't found anyone else though. It's extremely useful.

Renoise supports loop points for sampling also.

We were talking about loop points set in wave files, but I guess that's
what you ment.

I have very little doubt renoise supports loop points in wave files too though.
