Only to the Uninitiated Who Have Not Proven Themselves Worthy Of Emacs. ;-)
For about 15 years I used NEdit, but thay relies on Motif/Lesstif
which is really crappy. Recently I've been using Geany which I'm
far from hapy with.
I get around in Nano.
