The experimental CALF-Synths work quite well under Ardour3 alpha, given they work at all ;-)
I have zero problems with the fluidsynth-plugin, the wavetablesynth does work too but does not provide much of a wavetable-sound though since it is not completely programmed yet.
I hope I've covered all the big ones, but are there any that I'm missing? I'd love for this to be a handy resource for new users when Ardour hits the big 3.0.
