I'm trying to compile Paulstretch but get the following errors:

I'm using the 2.6.37-0.dmz.6-liquorix-686 #1 ZEN SMP PREEMPT kernel
so I'm assuming that it's looking for the mad.h file - which is located
here:
/usr/src/linux-headers-2.6.37-0.dmz.6-liquorix-686/include/config/infiniband/user/mad.h
so 2 questions:
=================
q1: where do I change the path to the 'mad.h' file of the kernel I'm using?
q2: where can I get a copy of the 'mxml.h' file? which is not on my hard
drive
