That's cheating. Pink (or any color) noise doesn't have a defined peak/RMS ratio. If it's Gaussian its peak value is unlimited. In practice, at normal sample rates, you get something like 11.5 dB for a few minutes and around 13 dB after an hour or so. But if you wait long enough you can get any value. Currrent mastering techniques easily do better than 11.5 dB, so no surprise...
