The library also contains pedal action noise samples, these are also in the sfz file but linux sampler don't have the opcodes(on_hi/loCC#) to play them yet so I have not optimized the volume on these yet. They are located on the bottom of the sfz file.

Hold it one second! I've discovered some nasty footsteps from the above floor on F#2v11. I also cut the note short so that sample is not supposed to be used. I'm currently making a new one (there are a couple of extras)
