Hi drew,

Well, this statement:

"The room impulse responses (presets) which come with 
/HybridReverb2/...are free for non-commercial use"

says nothing about the actual licensing for those IRs.

I looked on the Institute's site and could find nothing about any IR 
collection and/or licensing policy.

So, from what I read, the plugin is GPL, the library is LGPL, and the 
IRs are undefined wrt their license.

Btw, I checked the installation IRs from the original package, i.e. the 
smaller collection. Judging from the file names, dates, and sizes it 
apears that the included collection is indeed a subset of the bigger set 
(I downloaded it too), and presumably covered by the same license, if any.

For further clarification I suggest contacting either Christian or the 
Institute.
