Here you get the values you need. So you should launch the command line:
3. (In one single line and replace with your path)
xload -I /all/your/path/towards/MidiSport4x4.ihx  -D
/proc/bus/usb/003/002

oh! and don't forget you need this:
2. emerge sys-apps/fxload

then, for the end:
modprobe snd-usb-audio
In Rosegarden you'll see the Midisport in the menu:
Studio -> MIDI peripherals
