Nice.

One serious mistake I noticed:
"Do not panic about the "Stopped" message in green, that is referring
to the transport, which syncs up your MIDI controlled programs."
Jack transport has nothing to do with MIDI.

The jack configuration topic is slim to say the least. It's extremely
important but also difficult. It would have been nice if it would have
been covered.

It's also a bit of a pity that you used screenshots of FC3, few people
will use that old software versions, so ubuntu's stuff will generally
be closer to what they see.

Still, it's nice to see someone writing documentation.
