Hi Josh, hmm good question, in this case I would just set the tempo in seq24 and make it jack master (seems to work here), would this be possible in your setup? Cheers PS: thanks to Kevin Meinert's additions seq24 can now also be MIDI slave (bzr version), but then of course it won't handle jack transport. --- En date de : Ven 31.7.09, Josh Lawrence <hardbop200@xxxxxxxxx> a écrit : > De: Josh Lawrence <hardbop200@xxxxxxxxx> > Objet: Re: Re : MIDI clock & sync > À: "linux-audio-user" <linux-audio-user@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> > Date: Vendredi 31 Juillet 2009, 18h13 > On Fri, Jul 31, 2009 at 10:39 AM, > Frank Kober<goemusic@xxxxxxxx> > wrote: > > > > A nice thing would be a jack transport slave that > outputs midi clock events with adjustable tpq.... > > Seq24 actually does that since it can be jack > transport slave and output midi clock to a specified alsa > port, still you'll get the sequencer with it ;) .
