I just found the library I was asking for. But there's a small bug in there,
anyone of the developers listening? :-)
in libltcsmpte/trunk/src/decoder.c: line 102
#if SAMPLE_IS_INTEGER
should be:
#ifdef SAMPLE_IS_INTEGER
Besides tat I'm exploring jltc. It sounds like it might be a way towards
solving the ever looming problem: syncing audio and MIDI on the commandline,
or with any other small apps, that don't have both built-in.
