I wrote something in denemo and I clicked on the first note. Then I
selected MainMenu->Other->Insert Lilypond

in the popup I put it:
\aikenHeads

Now the entire score has aikenHeads on it.

This was with the current git version but I am sure it works for earlier
versions also. I think the oldest it may work on is .7.8 or .7.9. I am
not sure at the moment.
