You can control all of nekobee's controls with MIDI.  You might need to dig a 
little into the source code to alter the parameters that you need to send.  
They're defined in nekobee_synth.h at the bottom.

The defaults are:

Tuning: 0x4b
Square/Saw: 0x46
Cutoff: 0x4a
Resonance: 0x47
Env Mod: 0x01 (modwheel)
Decay: 0x48
Accent: 0x4c
Volume: 0x07
