Well, my jackmix (www.arnoldarts.de/drupal/?q=jackmix) aims directly at that. 
It can save (and with the yet to be released lashed version it even supports 
whole synth-setups), unfortunately it doesn't have a ladspa/lv2 host 
implemented. Thats on the todo-list but nothing has happened here so far.

If you really beg, I can do the long-waiting release 0.4 this Thursday or 
Friday...

BTW: I liked your last song except the strange click. First time I heard the 
click, I thought my player was broken.
