I had an Oxygen 8 (v1).  It worked fine, but two octaves gets
frustrating very quickly, and the keys felt kind of flimsy.  A HOWTO
for use with Alsa is here:

I recently replaced it with an M-Audio Keystation 61. This has the
best keyboard feel I could find on a low budget, but it doesn't have
all the knobs.
