I've had experiences with WebGUI and Drupal. They're both very powerful. WebGUI is quite tricky to install, especially if you don't have root access to the server. Drupal is easier, and has a vast community/documentation behind. There are a lot of "modules" you can add for new features. I'll add a second call of support for Drupal. It has a fairly steep learning curve but the flexibility and scalability is there, and the community as stated is great. I'm not trying to blog spam, but if you want to take a look at a Drupal site that is specifically audio related, go ahead and check out my site.
