You could use an audio editor like rezound, snd, audacity to make a 2 stereo track wave file, play it with <some software handling jack and multiple tracks> patch the english part to your speekers, and the german part to the output where your head set is connected. There are also tools that allow you to sync video to audio played by jack (xjadeo could do the trick).
