maybe you can achieve to get what you'd like with the reverse delay from
steve harri's ladspa effects pack

in fact it would surely be not enough precise for your needs, i don't know


The tap reverberator has a reverse echo chamber mode (called reverse
afterburn or something like that... i can check i'm at a net cafe)
which sounds pretty cool. Not sure if it's exactly what you want
though.
