Seconded.  It's one of these three components - anything else would
give a problem at POST, but we're not to POST yet.

Also, don't tell me that you turned the power on EVEN FOR A SECOND
without a greased and powered cpu cooler attached.

Yeah, I did that once.  That's about as long as it takes for the magic
smoke to escape.
