Hi Marcos:*Please* remove the old Csound from your distribution. Csound5 is available now, complete with installers and a feature set far beyond the 4.xx series.
And just as a note: Jean Piche has announced that a new version of Cecilia should arrive Real Soon Now, hopefully in a multiplatform update.
