This is not a microphone amplifier.  It says "[...] signal conditioner 
for for use with ISOTRON(R) or other piezoelectric voltage mode 
transducers."

According to the figure, it is intended for accelerometers and the like.

That depends on its input.  It will give line-level output given the 
input for which it is intended.  But it will not give a line-level 
output regardless of what its input is.
