Then get a fanless PSU from thermaltake, 0dB SPL, unbeatable. 

The only thing making noise now, is the hd. I'm working on setting up
remote boot, but I have some issues with running apps locally. When I
figure it out, there will be no sound detectable at all;). (well, 2dB
SPL)

There is also 1dB SPL from my LCD, it seems.
